TV AND OUR CHILDREN, WHERE IS THE LIMIT?

Hello everyone!!
I am going to write about this topic in my next essay...
I chose this topic because I have two " EARTHQUAKE AT HOME" ( my babies) and in some cases I have had any confusion and problems with TV.
I think tv is good if you know to use in a educative way...
